The Hobart PW10N-ADV-1 Advansys Ventless Pot and Pan Washer is built to deliver exceptional cleaning power for busy commercial kitchens while drastically reducing energy consumption. This high-temperature electric washing system utilizes advanced Ventless Energy Recovery technology to capture water vapor and condense it to pre-heat incoming cold water. By capturing this exhaust, the unit entirely removes the requirement for an expensive and space-consuming external vent hood. The front-loading, split-door configuration provides an ergonomic approach to handling heavy pots, pans, and utensils throughout the work shift.
Manufactured with robust deep-drawn stainless steel, this appliance is engineered for long-lasting durability in demanding food service environments. The spacious washing chamber easily accommodates up to ten full-sized sheet pans or a single 140-quart mixing bowl per cycle, utilizing anti-clogging upper and lower wash arms. Operators can select from two, four, and six-minute wash cycles through an intuitive smart touchscreen interface tailored to different soil levels. Furthermore, integrated Wi-Fi connectivity and the SmartConnect application allow kitchen managers to monitor machine status, track temperatures, and analyze consumption data in real time.
