The innovative Waste Air Heat Recovery system captures steam vapor, creating a cooler workspace for your staff. Requiring only a cold water connection, this machine ensures exceptional sanitization without overwhelming your dishwashing area with excess heat.
Built with a double-wall stainless steel exterior, this machine ensures excellent heat retention and durability. It features a glass touch-screen display and an illuminated door handle for seamless daily operation. To protect delicate stemware, the Soft Start function initially pumps wash water at a reduced pressure. Daily cleaning is also simplified by the Blue Touch color-coding system, which highlights components requiring manual washing.
