Engineered for long-lasting performance, this self-contained unit utilizes an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant system. A patented forced-air design consistently maintains safe holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit across both the pan area and cabinet interior. The rugged exterior combines a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back to withstand daily professional use.
