Maximize efficiency in your busy commercial kitchen with the True 72-Inch Dual Side Mega Top Prep Table. This high-volume refrigerated counter features a unique dual-sided design, allowing multiple staff members to assemble sandwiches and salads simultaneously. Accommodating up to 30 clear polycarbonate food pans, it provides an expansive prep area to streamline service during peak hours. Operating on an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit consistently holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure your ingredients remain fresh and safe.
Manufactured in the USA, this prep table is built for long-lasting performance in demanding foodservice environments. It combines a rugged stainless steel exterior with a clear-coated aluminum interior liner and coved-corner stainless steel floor for straightforward cleaning. Heavy-duty white polyethylene cutting boards offer a dedicated space for hygienic food assembly on both sides of the unit. Additionally, patented foam-insulated lids help lock in cold air, reducing condensation and lowering energy consumption over time.
