We provide tailgate delivery service, which ensures your unit is delivered to ground level at your location.
Customer responsibility: Once delivered to ground level, it is your responsibility to move and install the unit inside your premises. Please ensure you have made the necessary arrangements for handling and installation upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the specific requirements of your order. An exact shipping quote will be provided during the ordering process.
We also offer white glove delivery services, which include delivery to ground level and placement of the unit inside your business, for a flat rate. Availability and pricing for white glove delivery will be confirmed at the time of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Production times vary depending on the model ordered and the current order volume. Estimated production timeframes will be provided when you place your order.
Shipping duration depends on the delivery address and will be confirmed upon order confirmation. All timeframes are estimates and subject to change based on logistical factors.
Customization and Additional Options
We offer in-house printing services to customize your unit with logos or graphics.
Additional options available include:

Order and Payment Terms
Full payment is required to begin fulfilment of your unit. This ensures that your order is scheduled and moves into production without delay.
Warranty and Support
If an issue arises during the warranty period, please contact us directly. We will arrange for a local technician to service your equipment, eliminating the need for you to wait for reimbursement or coordinate service on your own.
Our customer support team is also available to assist with any questions related to shipping, delivery, or post-delivery service requirements.
In the rare event your unit arrives damaged, contact us immediately via live chat. If the unit has sustained minor damage and you are willing to accept a partial refund, please make sure to write “DAMAGED” on the delivery slip — this is essential for processing your freight claim. If the unit has sustained extensive damage, you may refuse it upon delivery and request a replacement. Either way, take lots of photos!
