Enhance the efficiency of your commercial kitchen with the Maxx Cold X-Series 72-inch sandwich and salad prep table. Designed to support busy food preparation areas, this refrigerated counter unit offers 18 cubic feet of storage capacity. The station provides a dedicated workspace for assembling cold dishes rapidly and efficiently in restaurants and catering operations. Please note this model is discontinued and available only while supplies last.
Built to withstand heavy use, this prep station features a stainless steel exterior paired with a durable powder-coated aluminum interior. Temperature management is straightforward thanks to the solid-state digital control system, keeping stored items safely chilled between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes an integrated condensate evaporator, completely eliminating the requirement for a separate drain line connection.
Key Features:
Generous Ingredient Storage: The unit includes 18 one-sixth size polycarbonate pans to keep ingredients readily accessible.
Convenient Prep Surface: Staff can easily assemble meals on the integrated 11.42-inch deep polyethylene cutting board.
Precision Temperature Controls: A digital control panel with an LED display maintains interior temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Eco-Friendly Cooling System: The rear-mounted compressor uses environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential.
Simple Mobility: Four three-inch swivel casters make it easy to move the prep table for routine cleaning.
