This 58.4-inch modular corner unit connects seamlessly with CGSM Series 48 display cases to create a cohesive merchandising layout. Offering an 11.6 cubic foot interior, it provides generous space to highlight your premium culinary offerings. The specialized design ensures merchandise is highly visible to customers while keeping items properly chilled in demanding commercial environments.
Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, this display unit features double tempered glass on all sides for a panoramic view of your products. It operates using a reliable ventilated cooling system equipped with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and an automatic defrost function. Operators can easily monitor the internal environment using the digital temperature control, maintaining a steady holding range between 32 and 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet also includes a rear hinged glass door for quick loading access, plus five built-in casters to simplify floor cleaning and repositioning.
