Built for cafes and full-service bakeries, it features a durable stainless steel interior and exterior accented by modern black framing. The flat front glass includes a built-in defog feature, ensuring that condensation never obstructs product visibility.
Operating on an efficient 1/5 HP self-contained refrigeration system, this unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to minimize environmental impact. The reliable rear-mount compressor works alongside a precise Dixell digital controller to maintain safe holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can quickly load and serve items through two rear sliding doors equipped with tight-sealing magnetic gaskets. The display also includes two adjustable stainless steel shelves to easily accommodate merchandise of varying heights.
