This mega top prep table is constructed with a durable, heavy-gauge stainless steel exterior and a clear-coated aluminum interior featuring rounded corners for easier sanitation. A self-contained refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes automatic defrost functionality. Operators can easily monitor and adjust internal conditions using the digital controller, which maintains safe holding temperatures between 33°F and 40°F. The unit comes complete with an NSF-certified polyethylene cutting board, three heavy-duty adjustable wire shelves, and locking doors for secure overnight storage.
