EFI SEWDR-84 84-Inch Stainless Steel Slanted Sorting Shelf for Dish Racks

Streamline the workflow in your commercial dishroom with the EFI SEWDR-84 slanted sorting shelf. Measuring 84 inches wide, this wall-mounted unit delivers exceptional space for organizing dish racks. The slanted design actively directs moisture toward a built-in drain point, keeping the surrounding work area dry. Designed specifically for high-volume foodservice operations, this rack integrates seamlessly above washing stations to improve daily efficiency.

Built for intense commercial use, the shelf is manufactured from premium 18-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. A rolled front edge protects staff during fast-paced shifts, while a rear lip prevents water from splashing onto the wall. Fully welded corners feature a minimum 1/8-inch inside radius, which simplifies cleaning and maintains proper sanitation. The unit also includes a reinforced center support bracket for maximum stability under heavy loads.
