The Insinger CX20HVG is a fully automatic, high-temperature door-type dishwasher designed to deliver pristine cleaning results in demanding commercial kitchens. Capable of processing up to 60 standard racks or 1,500 dishes per hour, this unit significantly accelerates dishroom operations. It utilizes the exclusive VaporGuard ventless system with a simple cold water inlet connection to eliminate the need for costly external extraction hoods. With its extra-high hood configuration, operators can effortlessly wash bulky items including full-sized sheet pans.
Engineered for maximum utility savings and reliability, this ENERGY STAR 3.0 certified machine incorporates a built-in 9kW HeatCore submerged electric booster for guaranteed sanitizing temperatures. The advanced Quad-Arm wash system pairs with RackAware detection to ensure targeted, high-pressure water delivery only when a rack is present. Constructed from American-made, non-proprietary components and featuring a fully stainless steel frame, it offers outstanding long-term durability. The straight-through design can also be quickly adapted for corner installations using the ErgoGrip handle and an optional false panel.
