Equip your high-volume commercial kitchen with the Insinger DA-3 pass-through pot and pan washer. Manufactured in the USA to military-grade standards, this heavy-duty unit cleans large volumes of cookware quickly. Operators can process up to 50 oversized racks or 300 sheet pans per hour, doubling the output of previous models. This exceptional capacity ensures your staff can easily manage peak service times.
Constructed from T304 stainless steel, the DA-3 withstands rigorous daily use and features a simplified scrap screen for easy maintenance. A specialized hold-down system keeps lightweight utensils securely in place during high-pressure washes. Built-in rollers facilitate smooth rack transitions, reducing physical strain on your operators. The unit also utilizes dual five-horsepower wash motors and precise capillary thermometers for reliable performance.
