Built with a durable stainless steel double-wall cabinet, this unit withstands heavy daily use while maintaining internal heat. It features an advanced Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery system that captures hot vapor to preheat incoming rinse water, saving energy and minimizing external steam. Solid-state controls with a digital LED display let operators select from three timed cycles and monitor onboard diagnostics. Furthermore, integrated Soft Start technology safeguards delicate glassware from chipping and breaking during operation.
