Meet the demands of your commercial kitchen with the Lamber P700EKDPS door-type pot and pan washer. Designed for heavy-duty food service applications, it tackles stubborn residue on pots, pans, and utensils. The high-temperature sanitizing system utilizes stainless steel wash and rinse arms to ensure thorough cleaning. With a sixteen-gallon tank capacity, this machine maintains a continuous flow of clean cookware during peak service hours.
Constructed with double-wall insulation, this washer operates quietly at under 70 decibels while effectively retaining heat. Staff can easily manage operations using the soft-touch electronic control panel featuring digital thermostats. The counterbalanced door provides smooth access, reducing operator fatigue during loading. The self-washing slanted tank simplifies maintenance, and operators can choose from two, three, or four-minute cycles to process up to thirty racks per hour.
Key Features:
High-Temperature Operation: Delivers rinse temperatures between 175 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitation.
