Constructed from double-wall 304 and 316L stainless steel, the cabinet retains heat to lower energy consumption. Operation is managed by the MIKE 2 electronic controller, offering one-touch functionality and a clear digital display. The integrated Auto-Safe system guarantees a final rinse temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitization. Furthermore, dual 3 HP wash pumps deliver strong cleaning action while a Soft Start mechanism protects fragile ware.
