Improve your commercial kitchen warewashing efficiency with the Power Soak SS-S-208-1 continuous motion stand-alone pre-washing system. Specifically engineered to stop the redundant washing of silverware, this stationary sink enables operators to pre-wash items directly in a flat rack before sorting. Implementing this one-pass workflow significantly lowers chemical usage, water consumption, ventilation needs, and labor demands. It ensures a streamlined dishroom operation while helping your establishment maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer presentation.
Manufactured for long-lasting commercial use, this unit features a robust 14-gauge 304 stainless steel wash tank along with sturdy legs and a channel rim. The system employs a powerful three-quarter horsepower wash pump motor that continuously recirculates water at six hundred gallons per minute. It operates smoothly without a dedicated wash tank heater, retaining a steady 114-degree temperature when filled with warm water. Operators can easily manage the unit using the UL 50 compliant pistol grip start and stop switch, while the smooth heliarc TIG welds promote a highly hygienic environment conforming to ANSI and NSF Standard 2.
