Maximize the efficiency of your commercial kitchen with the Maxx Cold MVR60MHC refrigerated prep unit. This 61.2-inch wide mega top table is engineered to simplify sandwich and salad assembly while expanding ingredient storage. The expanded top holds up to twenty-four 1/6 size food pans, which are included alongside clip-on divider bars. A full-length 9-inch deep polyethylene cutting board provides an ample workspace for your staff to prepare menu items quickly.
Constructed for longevity, this prep cooler features a robust stainless steel exterior and a powder-coated aluminum interior. Two insulated solid doors open to reveal 16.7 cubic feet of storage with heavy-duty adjustable wire shelves for organizing supplies. Precise temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit are maintained through an R290a refrigerant system and solid-state digital controls. Operators can easily monitor the climate using the external LED display, while four 3-inch swivel casters ensure mobility.
