The True TSSU-60-16D-2-HC refrigerated prep table is engineered to optimize sandwich and salad assembly in demanding commercial kitchens. This 60.38-inch unit combines flexible storage with a dedicated workspace to streamline your food preparation process. Featuring a layout that includes one swinging solid door and two storage drawers, this prep station accommodates various ingredient types while keeping them easily accessible. The self-contained refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling performance to support food safety protocols during busy service hours.
Built for long-lasting durability, this prep table features a stainless steel exterior on the top, front, and sides, complemented by a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor for straightforward cleaning and maintenance. A patented forced-air cooling mechanism maintains steady temperatures throughout both the pan area and cabinet base. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a zero ozone depletion potential, making it an environmentally responsible choice.
