The Follett UMD414A80 Maestro Plus is a high-performance undercounter ice machine designed to meet the demands of space-restricted commercial environments. Generating the highly popular Micro Chewblet nugget ice, this unit provides an exceptional beverage experience for your customers. It functions as an air-cooled, self-contained system that can be installed in either freestanding or undercounter applications. With a daily production capability of up to 425 pounds, this machine ensures a reliable supply of fresh, chewable ice for busy service periods.
Built for commercial longevity, the unit features a durable stainless steel exterior, evaporator, and auger, alongside heavy-duty tapered roller bearings that minimize maintenance needs. It utilizes environmentally responsible R290 refrigerant to maximize energy efficiency while keeping global warming potential nominal. The intelligent front-ventilated design requires zero clearance on the sides, top, or back, allowing for seamless integration into tight spaces. An included ice scoop and internal holder help maintain strict sanitary standards during operation.
