Equipped with a 28-inch high, straight, thermal-insulated front glass panel, this showcase ensures your fresh fish remains highly visible to shoppers while strictly maintaining essential food safety.
Built to withstand the rigors of high-volume merchandising, the top, exterior, and interior surfaces are manufactured from robust stainless steel and anchored by a heavy-gauge steel superstructure with air-insulated baffles. The 1/4 HP refrigeration system employs a full-length gravity coil to gently circulate cold air, carefully maintaining a consistent environment between 38°F and 40°F. Daily restocking and sanitation protocols are simplified through double-pane, rear-sliding glass doors that can be completely removed. The internal display area includes three stainless steel ice pans, each engineered with integrated drains to easily manage melting ice. Furthermore, an innovative Copevap system eliminates the traditional condensate pan requirement, operating efficiently on an included 115V plug connection.
