This merchandiser features a right-hinged glass swinging door equipped with a recessed handle and a convenient stay-open function for effortless stocking. Inside the 23-cubic-foot cabinet, three adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves easily accommodate standard full-size hotel pans. Foamed-in polyurethane insulation and an efficient evaporator fan work together to ensure excellent temperature retention and energy conservation. The bottom-mounted cooling system is also easily removable, simplifying routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
