Built for heavy daily use, the stainless steel interior and exterior simplify cleaning while resisting corrosion. Cooling is driven by a rear-mounted Embraco compressor using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operators can easily monitor settings via the digital temperature controller, keeping contents safely chilled between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit also features an automatic defrost system, two adjustable epoxy-coated shelves, and locking swivel casters.
