Built to endure daily commercial use, the exterior features stainless steel on the front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The interior is lined with attractive clear-coated aluminum and includes four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organized storage. Kitchen staff will appreciate the full-length polyethylene cutting board and eight clear polycarbonate food pans that streamline assembly. A foam-insulated stainless steel hood protects the top pans to lock in cold air and maintain ingredient crispness.
